Installed on the hall ceiling, it generates a fine water mist to increase humidity and bind and reduce dust particles, as well as slightly moistening the hall floor to prevent dust from being stirred up again.

- Octagonal design with 3 spray levels
- Individually controllable spray levels with the following water application options:
- 33 % (first level)
- 66 % (second and third level)
- 100 % (all levels together)
- Targeted control of each edge to precisely dose water and avoid puddles

The way our mist cannons work is based on a simple but effective principle: particle binding. Fine mist is sprayed, dust particles adhere to the water droplets, are weighed down and fall to the floor. Thanks to our flexible settings, we can adjust the water input as required so that no puddles form and the driveways for construction machinery are moistened to minimize dust turbulence.

Dust is an underestimated hazard and can have serious health effects, especially in the workplace. We have therefore set ourselves the goal of developing effective measures to improve the dust situation in industrial plants in the long term. With our innovative mist technology, we rely on dust binding systems using water mist. This ensures compliance with the legal limits in dust-intensive production areas.
Our self-priming spray heads play a decisive role in binding dust. Water is atomized into tiny droplets. The total surface area of the water increases many times over. Dust particles have a natural affinity for attaching to fine water droplets, which enables us to effectively bind the dust present in materials and conveyed goods. Our special nozzle configuration ensures that droplets of different sizes are produced to ensure optimum dust binding.
We offer various systems depending on the individual conditions, requirements and expectations of the system operator. The single-material systems “ES100” and “ES20” or our dual-material system “DuoFlex”. Each system has specific advantages. In order to find the best solution for our customers, in most cases a personal viewing appointment with an on-site consultation is required to explain the advantages of the individual systems in detail.
