Safety for first-time schoolchildren
Safety for first-time schoolchildren
High visibility vests from NEBOLEX
For first-graders in particular, the daily commute to school poses a challenge – especially during the dark autumn and winter months. Many elementary school children wear dark clothing and are often difficult for drivers to spot due to their small size. Their lack of experience in road traffic also makes it difficult to recognize or correctly assess potentially dangerous situations in time.
Every year during the dark season
It is therefore all the more important to take appropriate measures to increase the safety of the youngest. This year again, the company NEBOLEX Umwelttechnik GmbH has donated reflective vests to all first-graders at the Freiherr von Drais Elementary School in Kirchberg. At the beginning of September, CEO Jan Frenzel, together with his team, presented each first-grader with a bright yellow safety vest.
The ponchos are cut to be worn comfortably over jackets or anoraks. Their striking color, combined with extra-wide, reflective stripes, ensures that children are much more visible in morning and evening traffic – even in poor light conditions or rainy weather.
With this campaign, NEBOLEX not only aims to contribute to the safety of schoolchildren but also to raise awareness of the importance of visibility in road traffic. The initiative is an important contribution to preventing accidents and making the journey to school safer. The children’s joy shows how important and welcome these measures are.
The teachers at the elementary school also support the campaign with great commitment. They encourage the children to wear them daily and praise them when they come to school visibly and responsibly. This not only strengthens the children’s motivation but also promotes an awareness of safe behavior in road traffic.

Fogging systems in recycling operations
NEBOLEX fog turbines
Fogging systems in recycling operations
Recycling companies face the daily challenge of processing large quantities of a wide variety of materials. This inevitably results in significant dust and odor emissions. Especially in closed halls, dust not only affects the working atmosphere, but can also lead to health problems for employees. Odors from certain material flows also pose a problem, which can both worsen working conditions and cause significant nuisance to local residents.
the solution
In order to effectively meet these challenges, more and more recycling companies are turning to innovative solutions for dust and odor control. One particularly effective method is the NEBOLEX mist turbine with swivel function. This is permanently installed on one side wall of the hall. By moving it left and right to the desired stop point and adjusting the angle of inclination, the fine water mist can be distributed evenly throughout the entire hall. The tiny droplets bind even the smallest dust particles in the air. This can greatly reduce dust pollution.
The system used is an efficient fogging technology that requires only a very small amount of water. Furthermore, the control technology ensures very precise fog dosing at the desired positions.
In addition to significantly improving air quality, odour nuisance in the surrounding area is also reduced. The fine film of water envelops odour molecules and neutralises them before they can spread throughout the room. For employees, this means greater occupational safety, fewer health risks and a much more pleasant working environment.
In addition, the NEBOLEX fog turbine impresses with its versatile application possibilities. It is not only suitable for recycling halls, but also for other dusty or odor-intensive areas, such as wood processing, the metal industry, or bulk material handling. The system can be individually adapted to the conditions of the respective operation.
Conclusion:
With the NEBOLEX mist turbine, recycling companies are not only investing in clean air and safe working conditions, but also in greater efficiency and sustainability. Because less dust means less wear and tear, less cleaning – and therefore lower costs in the long term.

Efficient water atomization to reduce dust
Challenges in recycling companies
Recycling companies bear a significant responsibility for waste disposal safety and environmental protection. They face various challenges during the collection and processing of recyclable and hazardous materials. The generation of dust and odors in these work processes poses high health risks and accident hazards.
Effects of dust in halls
Dust in industrial buildings and warehouses can have serious consequences:
- Dust stirred up by the use of machines and vehicles
- Health hazards for employees
- Impaired visibility and increased risk of accidents
The solution: DuoFlex ceiling fogger from NEBOLEX
NEBOLEX Umwelttechnik designed the DuoFlex ceiling fogger specifically to meet these challenges.
Installed on the hall ceiling, it generates a fine water mist to increase humidity and bind and reduce dust particles, as well as slightly moistening the hall floor to prevent dust from being stirred up again.
Technical features:
The DuoFlex ceiling fogger is characterized by its innovative design and flexible control:
- Octagonal design with 3 spray levels
- Individually controllable spray levels with the following water application options:
- 33 % (first level)
- 66 % (second and third level)
- 100 % (all levels together)
- Targeted control of each edge to precisely dose water and avoid puddles
Additional advantages and possible applications
In addition to dust control, the DuoFlex ceiling fogger offers further advantages: odour control by adding a special binding agent to neutralize unpleasant odours and thus improve air quality and working conditions for employees, visitors and residents.

Dust binding systems from NEBOLEX - mobile machines
Dust binding
Mobile machines from NEBOLEX Umwelttechnik GmbH
Our mobile dust control machines are the answer to dust-intensive working environments. Our machines have been specially developed to bind dust particles in the air and thus improve air quality and visibility in such places. Whether on construction sites, in mines, quarries or industrial plants – wherever dust becomes a burden, we are there to help.
The way our mist cannons work is based on a simple but effective principle: particle binding. Fine mist is sprayed, dust particles adhere to the water droplets, are weighed down and fall to the floor. Thanks to our flexible settings, we can adjust the water input as required so that no puddles form and the driveways for construction machinery are moistened to minimize dust turbulence.
Our mobile dust control machines play a crucial role in protecting the health of workers and residents. They ensure compliance with environmental requirements and health and safety regulations.
