Good performance determines the price

Good performance determines the price
When buying a product, price is often the most important basis for decisions. Numbers are easy to compare and provide clear guidance at first glance. But do these numbers really reflect the full picture? In many cases, focusing purely on price falls short because it overlooks important qualitative and functional aspects. Good value for money only emerges when the price is assessed in relation to the performance offered.
Compare—but do it right!
Key figures should therefore not be viewed in isolation, but always in combination with various factors. In addition to the purchase price, quality, functionality, and features play a decisive role. A seemingly inexpensive product can prove disadvantageous in the long run if it doesn’t meet requirements or has to be replaced early. Conversely, a higher price can be justified if the product impresses with durability, efficiency, and additional functions.
A key factor in assessing value for money is the equipment/features. Even the standard version of a product can differ significantly depending on which functions are included as standard. In addition, special models often offer expanded options that increase comfort or flexibility of use. Whether it’s a simple hand crank, a modern wireless remote control, or a separate keypad—each of these feature variants affects operation and the product’s benefits, and therefore has a direct impact on the price.
Technical features also play an essential role. The number of nozzles and the size of the turbine are decisive criteria, especially with regard to performance. The turbine largely determines the throw distance and thus the device’s range of applications. A larger or more powerful turbine increases the price, but at the same time offers better performance and higher efficiency, which can be a major advantage in practical use.
Ultimately, good value for money always depends on the buyer’s individual requirements. Not every extra function is necessary, but the key performance features should reliably fulfill the intended purpose. Anyone who considers price, features, and technical characteristics holistically will make a well-informed purchasing decision. Price alone is therefore only one part of the assessment—only the interplay of all factors reveals a product’s true value.

Safety for first-time schoolchildren
Safety for first-time schoolchildren
High visibility vests from NEBOLEX
For first-graders in particular, the daily commute to school poses a challenge – especially during the dark autumn and winter months. Many elementary school children wear dark clothing and are often difficult for drivers to spot due to their small size. Their lack of experience in road traffic also makes it difficult to recognize or correctly assess potentially dangerous situations in time.
Every year during the dark season
It is therefore all the more important to take appropriate measures to increase the safety of the youngest. This year again, the company NEBOLEX Umwelttechnik GmbH has donated reflective vests to all first-graders at the Freiherr von Drais Elementary School in Kirchberg. At the beginning of September, CEO Jan Frenzel, together with his team, presented each first-grader with a bright yellow safety vest.
The ponchos are cut to be worn comfortably over jackets or anoraks. Their striking color, combined with extra-wide, reflective stripes, ensures that children are much more visible in morning and evening traffic – even in poor light conditions or rainy weather.
With this campaign, NEBOLEX not only aims to contribute to the safety of schoolchildren but also to raise awareness of the importance of visibility in road traffic. The initiative is an important contribution to preventing accidents and making the journey to school safer. The children’s joy shows how important and welcome these measures are.
The teachers at the elementary school also support the campaign with great commitment. They encourage the children to wear them daily and praise them when they come to school visibly and responsibly. This not only strengthens the children’s motivation but also promotes an awareness of safe behavior in road traffic.

Fogging systems in recycling operations
NEBOLEX fog turbines
Fogging systems in recycling operations
Recycling companies face the daily challenge of processing large quantities of a wide variety of materials. This inevitably results in significant dust and odor emissions. Especially in closed halls, dust not only affects the working atmosphere, but can also lead to health problems for employees. Odors from certain material flows also pose a problem, which can both worsen working conditions and cause significant nuisance to local residents.
the solution
In order to effectively meet these challenges, more and more recycling companies are turning to innovative solutions for dust and odor control. One particularly effective method is the NEBOLEX mist turbine with swivel function. This is permanently installed on one side wall of the hall. By moving it left and right to the desired stop point and adjusting the angle of inclination, the fine water mist can be distributed evenly throughout the entire hall. The tiny droplets bind even the smallest dust particles in the air. This can greatly reduce dust pollution.
The system used is an efficient fogging technology that requires only a very small amount of water. Furthermore, the control technology ensures very precise fog dosing at the desired positions.
In addition to significantly improving air quality, odour nuisance in the surrounding area is also reduced. The fine film of water envelops odour molecules and neutralises them before they can spread throughout the room. For employees, this means greater occupational safety, fewer health risks and a much more pleasant working environment.
In addition, the NEBOLEX fog turbine impresses with its versatile application possibilities. It is not only suitable for recycling halls, but also for other dusty or odor-intensive areas, such as wood processing, the metal industry, or bulk material handling. The system can be individually adapted to the conditions of the respective operation.
Conclusion:
With the NEBOLEX mist turbine, recycling companies are not only investing in clean air and safe working conditions, but also in greater efficiency and sustainability. Because less dust means less wear and tear, less cleaning – and therefore lower costs in the long term.

Rent dust binding machines
Our mobile dust control machines offer the ideal solution for dust-intensive working environments. Specially designed to bind dust particles in the air, our machines make a significant contribution to improving air quality and visibility in such places. Whether on construction sites, in mines, quarries or industrial plants – wherever dust is a problem, we are there to help.
Our fog cannons work according to a simple but effective principle of particle binding: Fine mist is sprayed, to which the dust particles adhere, causing them to sink to the ground weighted down. With our flexible settings, the water input can be adjusted as required to avoid puddles and at the same time moisten the driveways for construction machinery, which reduces dust dispersion.
The use of our mobile dust control machines significantly improves the health protection of workers and residents. They also help to comply with environmental and health and safety regulations.

Scrap cleaning system with water spraying
A two-component dust binding system from NEBOLEX Umwelttechnik GmbH was installed and successfully commissioned at a scrap cleaning plant in Peru, South America.
The aim is to separate the fines, such as dust and impurities, and thus improve the quality of the steel scrap. NEBOLEX Umwelttechnik GmbH installed armored spray bars with integrated mist nozzles close to the source of the dust at all points where conveyed material falls or is dropped. The particularly robust design of the stainless steel bars ensures that unexpectedly heavy scrap parts cannot damage the protected fog nozzles on contact. The two-substance system consisting of the media air and water can also nebulize filtered process water through the special nozzles. The control of the spraying system is integrated into a control cabinet. Only when material is present does the fogging switch on automatically.
After passing through the special scrap screen, the screened scrap is virtually dust-free and has convinced the customer. The targets in terms of capacity and required scrap quality were achieved and even increased. This is essential as the cleaning system is installed in a hot and dry area. High dust levels mean higher environmental pollution. The successful water spraying system ensures maximum dust binding, which conserves resources.

Mobile dust control with NEBOLEX Umwelttechnik GmbH
The considerable amount of dust generated during demolition and dismantling work is always a challenging situation. Companies that can guarantee a clean demolition have a clear advantage over their competitors from the client’s point of view. Dust control through the use of water mist is a successful measure for limiting unwanted dust emissions.
Previous uses of Storz C hoses, such as those used by fire departments for wet holding, have proven to be unsatisfactory. Not only the enormous water consumption associated with unwanted puddles, but also the additional personnel costs lead to increased costs. The tailor-made solution therefore consists of mobile dust binding machines with different throwing distances, ranging from small and fine to large and wide, thus covering a wide range of applications.
The number and size of the nozzles determine the droplet spectrum. The smaller the water droplets, the larger the total surface area of the water, which means that more dust can be bound. The simple control via radio remote control makes the dust binding machines a flexible and compact must-have for every demolition company.
